Ballard Expandable Dining Table
A solid cherry dining table with sapele wedged through tenons, designed to seat four comfortably in a smaller dining room and expand to ten when good friends come over. Two leaves, one table that does both jobs beautifully.

The Ballard started with a real constraint — a dining room that needed to live small most of the time, but open up fully when it mattered. The solution was a clean-lined cherry table with two leaves and wedged through tenons in sapele that announce the joinery rather than hiding it. The softened corners and tapered legs keep it light and livable at everyday size. Fully extended it holds eight without feeling crowded. The wedges aren't just structural — they're the detail that makes the table worth looking at closely, which is exactly what you want in a piece that anchors a room where people gather.
