Our Approach

We don't do bottom-line lump sum quotes. Every estimate we produce is detailed — line items for each scope element with clear descriptions of materials, approach, and labor. If we see an opportunity to suggest a better or more cost-effective solution, we say so upfront rather than waiting for a value-engineering round. Our estimates are reliable from budgeting through project award, and we submit very few change orders as a result. We approach every bid as if we've already won it.
